Single Head Calibrating Machine
Single Head Calibrating Machine removes undulances from Mat Ply using a Hard Chrome Roller balanced through static and dynamic methods. Ply is fed via Pressure Rollers over a hard-surfaced Conveyor Belt with pneumatic centering. Its externally mounted Main Motor allows easy maintenance and features a Pneumatic Disc Braking System.
Sanding Belt centering is controlled by a Pneumatic Oscillation system with Photo Sensors and overshoot protection. A Scotch Brush Roller clears fine wood dust at the exit, while a Dust Arresting Header ensures efficient dust extraction.
