Heavy Duty Both Side Calibrating Machine is built for heavy-duty performance, removing undulations from mat ply using hard chrome rollers precisely balanced through both static and dynamic processes. It features top and bottom calibration with two robust, high-precision rollers, each powered by 45 KW (60 HP) motors, ensuring consistent stock removal even at high linear speeds.
Designed for materials with a typical density of 500 to 700 kg/cbm, it is constructed with a reinforced mild steel frame for maximum stability. With precise center-line workpiece passing, it eliminates unwanted variations, delivering accurately calibrated, high-quality ply.
