Solid Wood Calibrating & Sanding Machine
This model is specifically designed for furniture manufacturers to effectively remove thickness variations in solid wood parts using a Spiral Cutter Roller. The roller features a precise diameter and multiple cutting tips that can be used from all four sides. The rough surface created by the cutter is then smoothed by the second head, which includes a contact roller and supporting roller.
This machine ensures that wooden pieces are uniformly sized and have a completely smooth surface. It operates at a standard linear speed of 30 meters per minute, which can be increased up to 40 meters per minute when required.
