Double Head Both Side Brushing Machine
The Double Head Brushing Machine is designed for light sanding after the plywood dipping process. After the piece is initially sanded by a white belt sanding machine, it is dipped in a protective chemical coating. Once the chemical dries, a mild sanding is required to remove any residue and ensure a smooth finish. Traditionally, this step was done manually using steel wool, but the Double Head Brushing Machine automates this task with two top and two bottom brushes.
These brushes effectively clear dried chemical residue and color, resulting in a clean, fine surface. The machine is powered by 5 HP motors for each brush head and a 3 HP conveyor motor, totaling 23 HP. It is fully automated with a PLC and HMI system, providing efficient, one-touch operation for consistent, high-quality results.
